Ribbon is the Strategic Partner for Coppasta having spearheaded the project from business planning and feasibility, and inception, including Branding, Menu Development and Supply Chain setup. Currently in the process of Real Estate Selection and Analysis, Ribbon aims to launch the first branch of Coppasta by Q3 2017. Ribbon will oversee the complete project management and execution, including build out management, recruiting, marketing and ongoing operational and management services for the brand and the stores.
