Love is the Founder and Managing Director of Ribbon Consulting and set up the company in 2012.
An accomplished restaurant developer, operator, and business manager with over 15 years of hospitality experience, Love’s diverse network of industry contacts and investors across the UAE has helped drive Ribbon Consulting to be the successful hospitality firm it is today.
After graduating from Switzerland’s esteemed Glion Institute of Higher Education with a BBA in Hospitality Management, Love decided to spend several years working in the US, Australia, France, Germany, Spain and the UK to further develop his skills in the hospitality industry. As a result, he gained extensive global experience across all areas of hospitality.
Born and raised in Dubai, Love moved back to the UAE in 2008, working as the Area Operations Manager for a private restaurant group overseeing the opening and management of several F&B brands across the UAE and Oman. With deep technical knowledge under his belt and a natural entrepreneurial spirit, Love decided to open his own consultancy, knowing that his solid hospitality training, extensive experience, and creative flare could be combined to create some fantastic F&B concepts.

Having graduated with Honors from the Kelley School of Business at Bloomington, Indiana in the United States, Munira contributes nearly 10 years of corporate finance expertise and strong business acumen to Ribbon Consulting.
Her primary role as a Senior Analyst in the Equity Research team at NBK Capital involved conducting independent valuations of potential business opportunities in the MENA banking sector. She was presented the first NBK Capital Excellency Award in 2010 among 200 employees, in recognition of her strong work ethic, business analytical skills, attention to detail and team leadership.
Munira became a part of the Ribbon team to fulfill her passion of getting things done, right and on time. Munira’s ‘perfectionist’ attitude and strong organization skills allows her to efficiently oversee various aspects of Project Management and Execution from inception to completion.
As a step towards Ribbon’s vision of expanding beyond the UAE, Munira is now based out of Mumbai, heading Ribbon’s hospitality consulting division in India since January 2017.

A true South African spirit inspired by great food and excellent wine, Johannes has accumulated over 15 years industry experience working his way up to operations manager for one of the top large scale Cocktail franchises in South Africa. It is his extensive Operations experience in developing and launching new concepts and implementing strong operations acumen that helps drive home absolute guest satisfaction.
His most recent project in 2016, a truly extensive mission, was to launch a unique Gastro Pub experience in the heart of JBR which recently won 2 awards from the Time Out Magazine in the first year of operations.
Adding to his ability, Johannes graduated with honors as a Professional Food and Wine Photographer having worked in Europe for 3 years prior to coming to Dubai.

Judaica graduated with a double degree course, Bachelor of Science in Tourism, Hotel and Restaurant Management in 2008 in the Phillipines. She pursued her career in the airline industry for a few years before moving into education, where she worked as a College Instructor for five years, imparting her experience to HRM students. During that period she was able to complete her formal studies in Teacher Education and simultaneously her Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
She joined Ribbon in 2015 as a Business Associate, responsible for all Human Resources, Procurement, Administrative and Coordination tasks. Her responsibilities include managing all HR requirements for Ribbon and its clients including ad placements, shortlisting and evaluation of candidates to ensure they meet company hiring standards, recruitment documentation, legal formalities and induction processes.
She has the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, and external clients and vendors.
