Ribbon was the Strategic Operating Partner of the Kauai UAE Franchisees (DM Healthcare Group), and spearheaded the Master Franchise Agreement negotiations and acquisition of the master franchise license. Ribbon then seamlessly executed the opening of the first store in Dubai Marina, UAE.

A strong brand infrastructure was built in its early days to ensure sustenance which included offshore and local company formation, supply chain, SOPs for the local market, menu engineering, design adaptation, build out management, recruiting, marketing and ongoing operational and management services.

Ribbon managed all aspects of Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Accounting, Human Resource Management and IT, Delivery Infrastructure Management in addition to business development of the KAUAI brand in Dubai.
